Mokhtar Mohd Yusof received his Ph.D. degree in information systems from the University of Salford, UK in 1996, an M. Sc. in computer science from National University of Malaysia (1984), a B. Ec. in applied economic from University of Malaya, (1976). Dr. Mokhtar Mohd Yusof is currently the Under Secretary of ICT Division, Ministry of Health, Malaysia (since February 2005) and as Adjunct Professor at Faculty of Information Technology and Communication, Universiti Teknikal Malaysia Melaka (UTem) since August 2005). He has served various government agencies including as a professor at Faculty of Information Technology and Communication, National Technical College University of Malaysia (KUTKM), Ayer Keroh, Malacca (2002-2005) and also Director of Quality Assurance and Accreditation Division at the same university (2003-2005). An Adjunct Associate Professor at University Putra Malaysia (1997-2003), an IT Project Director for Project Monitoring System II at Implementation and Coordination Unit, Prime Minister’s Department (1999-2002), an IT Manager of Treasury Malaysia (1996-1999), IT Project Director for National Registration Department (1982-1992), as Systems Analyst in Examination Syndicate, Ministry of Education (1978-1982) and as Project Officer in Johore State Economic Development Corporation (1976-1978). En.Ishamudin bin Hashim dilahirkan pada 10 Januari 1966 di Kuala Terengganu. Beliau telah mendapat pendidikan tertinggi dalam Ijazah Sarjana Muda Ekonomi (Business) di Macalester College, Saint Paul, Minnesota, Amerika Syarikat. Beliau mula dilantik menjawat jawatan sebagai Pegawai Tadbir Negeri pada 2 Februari 1991.

Previously working as Assistant Technology Officer in MMD since 1999 until 2005. Promoted as Information Technology Officer in 2005 until now, still in MMD. Graduate of Diploma in Computer Science (UiTM).

Diploma in Information Management (INTAN) and Degree in Information Management (UiTM). Has attented OSCC LPI course held in OSS, UPM Serdang and a Certified Linux Professional Institute (LPI01).

HJ MOHSIN BIN SARIP mendapat didikan awal di negeri Johor sehinggalah melanjutkan pelajaran dan mendapat Ijazah Sarjana Kepujian Sains UKM (1981) serta Diploma Lanjutan Sains Komputer ITM (1982).

Beliau telah mula bertugas sebagai JuruAnalisa Sistem di Lembaga Peperiksaan, Kementerian Pelajaran Malaysia pada tahun 1983.

Pada tahun 1985, beliau telah berpindah ke Melaka untuk memulakan tugas sebagai JuruAnalisa Sistem pertama dengan Majlis Bandaraya Melaka Bersejarah. Di MBMB ini beliau telah diberi tanggung-jawab untuk mengubah cara pengurusan manual kepada cara berkomputer memandangkan pembangunan pesat di negeri itu.
