Dr. Nor Aliah bte Mohd Zahri is the Deputy General Director of ICT MAMPU. She has had numerous experience in the government ICT sector. Before this she was the Director of ICT Policy and Planning Division, MAMPU (2001-2006), Head of Training and Innovation Unit in INTAN (1995-2000), Computer Manager in Department of Public Service (1989-1991), Senior Program Coordinator in INTAN (1987-1987), Computer Manager in Ministry of Primary Industries (1984-1987) and System Analyst in Department of Statistic (1978-1982). She did her Ph.D in Database & Natural Language at the University of London, her Masters Degree in Artificial Intelligence at the Brighton Polytechnic, her System Analyst Diploma at INTAN and also did her Business Economy Degree in Business Administration at Universiti Malaya.

As the CEO, Datuk Badlisham is responsible to lead and drive the Malaysian Government’s Vision 2020 of Transforming the Nation into a Knowledge-based Economy through the enablement, creation and utilization of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) applications & services. Michael Tiemann is a true open source software pioneer. He made his first major open source contribution over a decade ago by writing the GNU C++ compiler, the first native-code C++ compiler and debugger. His early work led to the creation of leading open source technologies and the first open source business model.
In 1989, Tiemann's technical expertise and entrepreneurial spirit led him to co-found Cygnus Solutions, the first company to provide commercial support for open source software. During his ten years at Cygnus, Tiemann contributed in a number of roles from President to hacker, helping lead the company from fledgling start-up to an admired open source leader.
Tiemann serves on a number of boards, including the Open Source Initiative and the GNOME Foundation. Tiemann also provides financial support to organizations that further the goals of software and programmer freedom, including the Free Software Foundation and the Electronic Frontier Foundation.

Dr. Dzahar received an Honors Degree in Computer Systems Engineering from Monash University in 1984, and completed his PhD in 1988 in Australia. Dr Dzahar joined Microsoft in 2005 and has more than 26 years of professional experience in ICT and telecommunications. He started his career as a lecturer at the department of Computer Science, La Trobe University, and moved on to as a R&D engineer at Telecom Australia (Telstra) Research Laboratories. On returning to Malaysia, he was appointed as the R&D manager at Celcom and left the company as the Vice President for R&D and IT divisions. He subsequently worked at HP in Singapore, Vsource (M) Sdn. Bhd. and Object Innovations (M) Sdn. Bhd. in R&D, operations as well as leadership positions.
He also presently holds, and has held several associate positions including as an Adjunct Professor at UTHM, Adjunct Associate Professor at UPM, Senior Management Associate of the Malaysia Industry -Government Group for High Technology (MIGHT), a councilor at PIKOM and academic advisor at several public and private Universities. He was also appointed the Lab Leader for the PEMANDU Business Services Laboratory, an activity which was as part of Malaysia’s Economic Transformation Plan.
Dr. Dzahar is passionate about technology and aspires to contribute towards the nation’s Knowledge Economy initiative. His technology and research interest include computer architectures (including multiprocessor, fault-tolerant, parallel and distributed computing), high performance real time systems, software design and engineering as well as machine learning and has published papers in all these areas.

Adli is the Head of Malaysia CERT (MyCERT), a department at Cybersecurity Malaysia. He has been with the Malaysia Computer Emergency Response Team (MyCERT) since September 2006. He is in charge of CyberSecurity Malaysia’s Cyber999 Incident Response service and the Malware Research Centre. Adli is involved various global computer security initiatives such as the Forum of Incident Response Teams (FIRST), the Asia Pacific CERT (APCERT), the Anti-Phishing Working Group and the Honeynet Project. He has spoken and conducted training on various topics at conferences and seminars worldwide. In 2009, Adli was an honoree of the Asia Pacific ISC2 Leadership Achievements (ISLA) in the IT Security Practitioner category.

Associate Professor Dr Ahmad Kamil Mahmood earned his Bachelor and Master degree in Actuarial Science and Statistics from the University of Iowa, Iowa City, USA in 1986 and 1988 respectively. He later joined UUM, Bank Negara Malaysia, Public Service Department and PETRONAS. He joined UTP, Tronoh, after 10 years in 1998 teaching courses for the Bachelor Degree in ICT and BIS. He earned his PhD in Information Systems in 2005 from the University of Salford, UK. With his research team, a number of journal articles and conference papers have been produced and published internationally. Currently, he is the CEO of KPerak INC Corporation, implementing the KPerak 2010 blue print while supervising 11 post graduate students.
